Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Zonex Ventilation.
We issue refunds or exchanges for products within 7 days of the original purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and the customer must reference their order number. If these conditions aren’t met, Zonex Ventilation has the right to refuse a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. Zonex Ventilation does not issue refunds or exchanges on sale items.
